Had a fantastic time with friends! The complimentary ski shuttle made getting to the slopes a breeze, especially to Hakuba Happoone Ski Area and Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park. Loved the ski equipment rental and the on-site tennis courts. Perfect spot for a group getaway!
The beds were not as amazing as expected, but still comfortable enough for our nights after skiing.

Our stay was short, but the Onsen experience was unbeatable for après-ski relaxation. Dinner was a feast with so much variety. However, rooms were a bit snug for our gear.

I had a great time here, especially with the ski shuttle that made getting to the slopes easy. The staff were helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. It felt nice to have access to both skiing and tennis courts right on site. After some long days on the snow, the onsen offered a nice way to relax. It was a perfect escape for my partner and me, who enjoy exploring new experiences together.
The furniture in the room looked dated, and the TV didn’t have many channels. Some areas could benefit from a refresh to enhance the overall feel.

Dining at Hakuba Tokyu was a trip for the taste buds! The on-site restaurant serves traditional Japanese cuisine that’s just out of this world. We scored some yummy sushi and hot sake—perfect after a day on the slopes. Plus, the clean onsen was a heavenly retreat after our adventures. The staff’s kindness sealed the deal.
Now, let’s keep it real. While the hotel feels vintage and charming, some folks might find the decor a tad dated. Also, snagging a dinner reservation can be tricky—best to book early or risk a pizza at the bar! Plus, don’t forget, the nearest convenience store is quite a trek in the snow, so plan ahead.

Great for Family Adventures, But Could Improve Dining Options
We enjoyed our stay despite some hiccups. The on-site rental shop was convenient, but check gear thoroughly before use. Being able to ski right off the premises was fantastic! Consider exploring dining outside the hotel for better meals. Also, reserve your restaurant spots ahead of time!
